Since Four Tops never debuted as a group, they never released any recorded music but instead performed in many variety shows with other members of Johnny's. I've compiled MP3 rips of all the performances I can find here, as well as some solo songs by the members.
Files are hosted on eSnips, MegaUpload, and MediaFire. Please let me know if you find any expired files or broken links. If you're not familiar with eSnips, it's a nice site; you can listen to the song in an embedded player, similar to YouTube.
I have videos of the performances of most of these songs up on this site; if I have a video of a song, that song's (Watch) link will take you to it. If you're looking for songs including a particular member, the song index may be helpful.

Title: 君と僕の6ヶ月 (Kimi to Boku no Roku Kagetsu, "Six Months of You and Me")
Length: 2:41 / 0:22
From: Shounen Club 2003.04.13 / 2004.01.11
Description: I'm extremely partial to this song, so here are two versions for you. Toma leads the first rendition with excellent vocals; he has such a strong voice, makes me wonder yet again why he's not debuted. The second one is very short but I love Hasejun and Kazapon's solo lines following Toma's.

From: Shounen Club 2004.02.08
Description: A Valentine's Day medley with wonderful vocals that begins with a beautiful, almost a cappella verse. This time it's Toma's turn to do the short rap in the middle of Koi wa Breakin'. (Don't put too much faith in my tentative translations for these song titles; I had no help on this one and my Japanese is beginning level at best.)

Title: トーマの物語 (Toma no Monogatari, "Story of Toma")
Album: Cat in the Red Boots
Length: 5:18
Description: One of the few songs that really shows off Toma's full vocal talent, this song alternates between a slow, lullaby-like melody and a few faster-paced interludes. From "Cat in the Red Boots," a stage drama in which Toma played a leading role.

Title: 夢見るトーマ (Yume Miru Toma, "Dreaming Toma")
Album: Cat in the Red Boots
Length: 1:51
Description: This song ties into the plot of "Cat in the Red Boots," if you're wondering where that girl's voice came from. A short, at times silly-sounding song that's worth the download for pure amusement value.
